We are very proud to publish this comment after the first assessment (10.01.07) from the Visit Wales grading advisor since the completion of our two phase cottage refurbishment.

“Eight cottages are now complete and are to a very high standard. Architecturally designed and minimalistic in style they provide excellent/exceptional accommodation for the guest. Four of the units, Beili, Hafod, Nythfa and Crofty have saunas within each one. The 5 star grade is confirmed. Overall the owners have done a fantastic job in creating these units and they are proving very popular with the guests”

We have now said goodbye to our Christmas and New Year guests who enjoyed such ‘mad’ activities as the popular Boxing Day swim at Tenby and the New Years Day dip at Saundersfoot. Enough to freeze the toes off anyone, in spite of the benefits of fancy dress! There were also those who just enjoyed doing ‘nothing’

So it’s back to Phil, myself, Jinx (the cat) and our small flock of Jacob sheep ‘lawnmowers’ who are enjoying the company of ‘Danny Boy’ (a visiting ram) for another month or so. Check back in April – May when we’ll begin our lambing time or better still why not book a visit then to enjoy the bouncing new-born lambs!
