Due to the unpredictable nature of 2020, we’ve been offering our guests flexible cancellation insurance through Mastercancel. The insurance applied to all bookings made after 5th July 2020, for arrival dates after 1st August (as specified in our T&Cs). This allowed us to provide reassurance to our guests and to protect our business whilst the pandemic continued to affect us all.
Unfortunately, due to the continuing uncertainty of the pandemic, Mastercancel, as with many insurers, has decided to stop this coverage for all bookings made after the 8th January 2021.
With this in mind, if you wish to guarantee Mastercancel protection for your holiday, please book your holiday with us before 8th January 2021!
We’re currently looking for an alternative way to offer our guests flexible booking terms and will update our Terms & Conditions to reflect these changes as soon as possible.
