Tiny village pub in our local village with a great atmosphere

A short walk away in the village of St. Florence, The Sun Inn is a traditional pub with a great atmosphere. It’s small and cosy and serves a full menu of hearty food, basket meals and take-aways.

A pub quiz takes place every Wednesday and a there a popular open mic sessional the Sun every Thursday between 8-11pm (currently cancelled due to COVID-19). There’s often live music on weekends too.

If you’re planning to stay out for last orders, we’d recommend taking a torch along with you!

The Sun is only open in the evenings so if you’re looking for a walkable pub to visit during the day, try The Parsonage Inn.
